10xAccess ("we," "us," or "10xAccess") operates the website at 10xAccess.com (the "Site") and the matching network for AI ventures and domain experts. We are the data controller for personal information processed in connection with the Site and the matching service.

Information you give us

• Application data: name, email, role, venture name, website, scope description, pillar selection, timeline, stage, budget, LinkedIn URL, location, track-record summary, bandwidth, compensation preferences, and other free-text answers you choose to share.
• Communications: messages you send to us by email or through the Site.

Information collected automatically

• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device type, referring URL, pages viewed, and timestamps. We use this for security, analytics, and to improve the Site.
• Cookies and similar technologies: we use a small number of first-party cookies for session and preference persistence. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

3. How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

• Evaluate your application and surface a potential match.
• Share relevant parts of your application with the other side of a potential match (and only the relevant parts).
• Communicate with you about your application, the Network, and material updates to these policies.
• Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

4. How we share information

We share your information only in these specific ways:

• With the other side of a potential match, to evaluate fit. You will know in advance which information is shared.
• With service providers who help us run the Site and the matching service (e.g., hosting, email delivery), under contracts that bind them to confidentiality.
• For legal reasons, if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and property.
• In a corporate transaction, if 10xAccess is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, in which case continuity of these protections is required.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers.

Where the GDPR or similar laws apply, we rely on the following legal bases: (a) your consent, where required; (b) the necessity of processing to take steps at your request before entering into a relationship (matching you); (c) our legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving the Site; and (d) compliance with legal obligations.

We keep application data for as long as it is useful to evaluate matches and a reasonable period after, then delete or anonymize it. You can ask us to delete your data sooner — see "Your rights" below.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal information; to data portability; and to withdraw consent at any time. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work hard to keep your information safe and we will notify you in the event of a material breach as required by law.

9. International transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than where you live. Where required, we implement appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) for cross-border transfers.

10. Children

The Site is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.
